11 Months Old... Denial

I ask now that you please excuse the emotional mess I will be for the next two months. Also, if you send my daughter a birthday card, please include some tissues for her overly (normally?) emotional mother!!

11 month old stats:

Walks halfway across her bedroom!!!!

Makes popping sounds with her mouth.

She just got her 3rd AND 4th tooth!

She can drink her milk from a sippy cup like a champ now. 

She is in love with mommy's kindle fire.

Learning signs for "cookie" and "dance".

She claps when crowds clap- in person, on tv, on a cd, etc.

Her hair is long enough, and thick enough, for pigtails!

Hates hairbows, headbands, hats.... pretty much anything on her head.

Starting to high-five. :)

She's starting to "share" (aka. hands you a toy, laughs at you, and grabs it back)

Our home church had their Easter celebration down at our local riverstage. It was a gorgeous day to celebrate the life Christ gives us followed by fellowship, food, and an egg hunt.

Painting Easter Eggs

I saw a blog post by another mama who made finger paints out of flour and water with some food coloring. I loved the idea! Since Mali tries to eat everything in sight, I knew this would be perfect for her first egg coloring session. It was an extremely messy endeavor, but sooo much fun!! She loved it!

10 Months- March 23rd

Any time we want to make Mali smile we play this bear. Her Grammy and Grandpa (great grandparents) recorded a messaged for her. She smiles so big every time she hears their voices. I love it. She was super cranky while I tried to take her monthly picture, so the bear was brought out to help. :)
